Overview: The project involved orchestrating a comprehensive UK relaunch for Vax Ltd by synthesising its legacy with a modernised visual identity. I led the strategic extraction of core brand elements including logo, typography, and colour to maintain consumer loyalty while evolving the brand’s ethos. The goal was to create a cohesive, future-proof identity consistent across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Deliverables: I managed the complete overhaul of the brand’s visual and verbal architecture, integrated into a new line of vacuum cleaners and steam mops. Leading the end-to-end product development cycle, I translated the refreshed identity into functional industrial designs. Deliverables included innovative product prototypes, quality assurance frameworks, and a strategic roadmap for the UK market introduction.
Results: The relaunch successfully bridged heritage and innovation, creating a seamless brand experience that resonated with new consumers. By aligning innovative product design with a refined narrative, the reboot secured a unified market presence. Systematic collaboration ensured the new line met strict quality standards and delivery timelines, establishing a solid foundation for the modern era of the brand.
