Overview: On 20 June 2024, PwC hosted a celebration at Battersea Evolution to mark the conclusion of Kevin Ellis’s tenure as Senior Partner. The objective was to design an immersive experience for partners and their spouses that balanced creative freedom with the sophistication of a senior leadership gathering. The challenge lay in transforming a large-scale venue into a vibrant, relaxed environment that encouraged authentic connection.

Deliverables: The project involved a complete spatial transformation using lighting, staging, and large-scale print installations. To align stakeholders, the team developed detailed 3D mockups and renders to visualise the concept before production. Key deliverables included a bespoke event logo, custom motion graphics for digital displays, and comprehensive environmental print such as wall graphics, window panels, and integrated event signag

Results: The integration of custom animation and motion graphics provided a dynamic energy that guided guests through the evening. Large-scale graphics and consistent print assets ensured a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints, from the main stage to supporting event collateral. By blending 3D pre-visualisation with high-impact production, the event successfully delivered a sophisticated and memorable experience for the firm’s senior leadership.
