Overview: InDebted underwent a strategic brand repositioning to transition from a traditional debt collection agency to a multi-platform technology company. The objective was to elevate market perception, attract software-led valuation multiples, and drive enterprise adoption of customer-first solutions. This involved a complete visual and narrative overhaul to support global scaling and modernise the company’s identity.
Deliverables: The project delivered a scalable design system and a refreshed visual identity encompassing logo, typography, and colour palette. A key focus was transforming the product experience from an engineering-led interface into a human-centric software platform. The project also included a full website redesign to align content and layout with the new technology-led positioning, ensuring consistency across all enterprise touchpoints.
Results: The repositioning successfully shifted investor and market perceptions, aligning InDebted with modern technology standards. By replacing fragmented outputs with a unified design system and an intuitive product interface, the business established a recognisable and efficient brand experience. This evolution provides a robust foundation for future growth, cementing InDebted’s status as a customer-centric, technology-first leader at scale.
